Description

An original musical theatre production, produced by UKCI with original  score by Patrick Dineen and narrative by Ian Kellgren.  An historical action adventure set over 2000 years of history along the legendary trading route, known as The Silk Road.  Our young adventurers travel through time and space to learn the secrets of the road as well as meeting a host of historical figures along the way.  By understanding the journeys of their past our adventurers discover truths of their own future and for civilisation.  With a cast of 100 children from The Asia-Pacific Experimental School of Beijing and a British creative team of leading theatre makers this original work was developed from a studio workshop stage to a full-scale theatrical production at the 1700 seat, Century Theater, Beijing, China.
